Mobile homes/Trailers for Sale

Hi Everyone!

I have 2 trailers for sale in the Ocean City, MD. and Rehoboth Beach, DE. areas.  The first is on Fenwick Island, DE. and the second is in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

First, the Rehoboth Beach, DE. mobile home: it is a single wide with 2 bedrooms and a bath.  I renovated the entire inside of this trailer.  I replaced the ceilings (gaining 6 inches in height), the walls, and the floors.  I put down a high quality laminate flooring throughout the trailer.  This flooring will stand up to the toughest abuse!

I also put in a new breaker box and replaced the toilet with a comfort height toilet and put in a garbage disposal.  As far as the outside of the trailer, I planted over 100 bulbs and put in a butterfly bush as well as several other plants!

It also has a really big screened in porch with a woodburning fireplace which is great for those cold winter evenings!  The central airconditioning and the heat work really well too!  Finally, it has a large shed out back which fits all your beach stuff.

The trailer is located in Camelot park off Rt. 1 south just north of Rehoboth Beach, DE.  It is across Rt. 1 from the middle outlet mall - the one on the ocean side.  It is really close to downtown Rehoboth Beach.  The trailer park does not require you to pay an HOA fee and is open year round.  Included in the monthly land rent is a new swimming pool and an exercise room along with mowing!  Another great feature of this park is that there are a lot of large trees so you feel like you are driving into an established neighborhood.  This place has everything including offstreet parking for 2 cars!

Finally, this trailer would make a great vacation home or permanent home for anyone wanting easy access to the beach and the fun communities out here!

Now, the Fenwick trailer: it is located about 1/4 of a mile from Coastal Highway on Rt. 54, Fenwick Island, DE.  It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath single wide trailer within walking distance of the BEACH!!  This is a great place for a weekend getaway.  It has a large screened in porch along with a deck for grilling.

I have made a lot of improvements to this trailer in the last 3 years: new refrigerator, breaker box, plumbing, 20 gallon hot water heater, floors, and ceilings.  I also landscaped the outside so that you don't have to work so hard to keep it looking nice.  The kitchen floor is bright linoleum squares and the bathroom floor is jigsaw puzzles!

This is a small, family-run trailer park.  There are no hoa fees and it is very laid back.  Dogs are allowed and there are often children around.  This park is open from March to November with the land rent due by April 1 each year.
